Both of these cases went before the Utah Supreme Court and resulted in favorable outcome for our clients and all accident victims with similar claims. Additionally, Mr. Prisbrey argued the Thomas case, which is one of the most important cases relating to permanent total disability claims in a worker’s compensation context.
